It’s for acne scars
From what I have been able to find, it is used on the face and is touted as an acne scar remover. It is reportedly applied to help heal new acne scars.

It should not be used if you’re allergic to honey or nutmeg
This should go without saying, but I’ll say it anyway: if you are allergic to either honey or nutmeg, it’s definitely something you should NOT try!

Here are the traditional directions
According to a video I found, here are the instruction:

• 1 teaspoon of honey
• 1 teaspoon of nutmeg

Mix them together in a small bowl or dish. Apply to face and leave on for twenty minutes. After that wash it off thoroughly with cool water.

I personally have not tried this honey and nutmeg scar remover myself, so I don’t know if it works nor do I know if it is completely safe or not (therefore I am not advocating it in anyway). So if you want to try it, please proceed at your own risk. Good luck!
